The merchandiser undertakes product development at different factories to meet buyer’s requirement for standards, prototypes pattern check runs, pre-production samples and fabric development, with assistance from research and development.
The merchandiser staff monitors production with the help of control charts and frequent visits to the factories to ensure that correctly and esthetically made product are delivered on time.
The Quality Assurance team conducts inline and final inspections as per International Quality Standards to ensure quality as specified by the customer.
Each customer is provided sourcing support based on their requirements and the order. Also available to each buyer is information on possible suppliers for specific merchandise, including quality, price and ability to meet shipment schedules.
The shipping department is responsible for space booking, dispatching and monitoring shipments until they reach their final destinations, in liaison with shipping companies and airlines.
The office communicates with customers on a daily basis keeping them updated on all issues. Each department is fully computerized and linked up to Europe and USA.
The in-house testing laboratory is run independently. This facility gives us the flexibility of getting quick and accurate test results.
